Frequently Asked Questions

What is the recommended age range for the stories?

The stories are mainly written for kids between the ages of 5 and 12, but we’ve had kids as young as 3 and as old as 13 enjoy them very much!

How long are your stories?

The stories are approximately 30 minutes long.

How can I listen to the stories?

After signing up, you will get access to an exclusive membership area of our website where you can view, stream, and download stories and activities. You can login to this area anytime using any device that has access to the internet.

If you’d like to add them to your music library, simply download the audio files from the membership area and drag them into your favorite media player, such as iTunes or Google Music.

Please note: An internet or cellular network connection is required to stream the stories from our website on your mobile device. To be able to listen without an internet connection, download the audio files from the website, add them to your music library, and sync your music library with your mobile device.

How do I download the stories?

Downloading the mp3 files that contain the audio stories is easy. You need to first download them onto your computer and then they can easily be transferred onto any device. Here are the instructions:

1. go into the story guide and right click (or click with two fingers if on a smart pad) where it says download story. That will pull down a list. Click “download Linked File” or “save linked file.” The language will differ depending on your browser.

2. This will start the download onto your computer. Located the mp3 file.

3. Drag that file from there to the place you store your music. From there the file can be transferred onto any phone or tablet, just as you would a downloaded song or podcast.

Once you do it once or twice, it really is an easy process, but depending on your Internet speed it can take a few minutes for the mp3 file to download.
